Our Story
Abantu Tech Solutions was founded by Delali Tetteh, a seasoned technology professional with nearly two decades of experience delivering innovative, reliable technology solutions to businesses. Delali’s journey in IT began with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. He also holds a Master of Engineering in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University here in Ottawa.
Abantu Tech Solutions is not the first Managed Services Provider (MSP) business he has built. Before moving to Canada, Delali founded and ran ITRUS Limited in Ghana, where he led the company to sustained growth and forged partnerships with multiple Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Under his leadership, ITRUS became known for its ability to execute complex IT infrastructure projects and deliver consistent value to its clients. Building on this legacy, Abantu Tech Solutions was founded to be a trusted Ottawa based Managed IT Service Provider, delivering people-focused technology solutions.
Delali’s professional expertise is backed by industry-recognized certifications, including PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master and certifications from OEMs like Fortinet, and Acronis. These credentials reflect not just technical depth but a commitment to disciplined and process-driven service delivery.
The name Abantu means “people” in Zulu/Xhosa—a reminder that, at our core, we are a service company first, one that happens to provide technology. This philosophy shapes every client interaction, ensuring that the people we serve come before the tools and technology we deploy.
